MEET THE COMEDIANS!
Jaleesa Johnson has become known as Seattle’s lesbian Pete Davidson due to her raunchy and self-depreciating humor, as well as the fact that her much more attractive girlfriend is likely the source of her recent success. But Jaleesa has accomplished quite a bit in her 8 years of stand-up comedy, including sold out cross-country tour, 2015 San Diego Pride Festival, 2016 World Series of Comedy, 2016 Burbank Comedy Festival, 2016 OC Pride Festival, 2018 San Diego’s Funniest Person Contest, and opened for Comedy Central’s Hannibal Buress and Andy Dick. She has also been featured in Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, SD Voice & Viewpoint, Uptown News, Elle Magazine, The New York Times, Huffington Post, The Washington Post, and more. In 2019, She won a Webby award for Best Political News podcast with her comedic show “Mueller, She Wrote.” She can currently be seen performing regularly all over Seattle, Washington.
Paul Curry is a gay Seattle comedy boy who looks like he’s 13 or 30. Paul has been doing stand-up comedy for five years and high-octane airplane stunts for 0 years. Paul performed in Bumbershoot 2019’s local comic’s showcase and was recently a semi-finalist in the Tacoma Comedy Club’s The Voice competition. Paul Curry produces and frequently hosts @ComedyonBroadway at Jai Thai, one of Seattle’s premier local comedy venues and is Dungeon Master in the Seattle sensational show Dungeons and Drag Queens. Paul believes in himself. Paul can do it! Paul thanks you for your time.
Stephanie is known for her dry humor and wet pussy. She is a Capricorn sun, Scorpio moon, and lesbian stereotype rising. She lives with her cat in Seattle.
Stephanie’s standup has been described as “unexpectedly funny” and “awkwardly charming” and “something I’ll remember for the rest of my life” and “the funniest thing I’ve ever seen.”
She produces live shows under NAM NAM PRODUCTIONS which aims to highlight underrepresented identities in comedy and creates safer spaces and communities. Her shows include Men Aren’t Funny, Just a Phase, Model Minority, and Written in the Stars which are regularly sold-out and seen as “some of the best comedy shows around.”
